Interviews with our customers

  • AG Ems: “AG Ems wets the appetite of visitors to Borkum”

The days of involuntarily feeding fish have long passed. It used to be quite a common sight, seeing cartons packed with pre-portioned stew fall between the boat’s hull and quay, to land in the water with a splash. Nowadays, non-tidal access guarantees that vessels can be loaded securely.

  • Aviko and Roosters Piri Piri's partnership

In a corner of west London, a new shop facade has emerged on the scene, large, clean lines picked out in white and green – minimalistic, yet modern. This is the 84-seater, Fulham Palace Road flagship store of Roosters Piri Piri, part of the street food-inspired fast casual behemoth, currently taking the UK by storm.

  • Lürzer Alm: “Delivering high quality, every day is what we aim for”

The Lürzer Alm in the Austrian town of Obertauern demonstrated that high quality food, a friendly atmosphere and a high number of guests make a great combination. Sigbert Pleschounig has worked as head chef at the Lürzer Alm for the last five years: ‘We employ a kitchen team of 18 and prepare more than 600 great meals, every day’.
